Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong healthcare and call center industry experience to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing operational and business data, generating actionable insights, and supporting leadership teams with data-driven decision-making. This role requires exceptional analytical capabilities, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication skills, as the candidate will regularly collaborate with executive leadership, including the COO and Operational VPs, to provide meaningful insights that improve operational efficiency and business performance., * Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau.
- Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, transformation, and reporting.
- Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams, leadership, and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
- Provide analytical support for healthcare operations and call center performance metrics.
- Monitor KPIs, productivity metrics, customer experience data, and operational performance indicators.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and professional manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports, dashboards, and systems.
