Job description
This role is for a short term project to provide technical support services related to the Walmart US in-store TV Wall in the electronics department. The project is for 3 support technicians to assist onsite services and escalations from Facility Services and NCR as they work on troubleshooting content issues and replacing hardware. Daily responsibilities include working on incidents in ServiceNow and talking on the phone with store associates and field techs to troubleshoot and complete validation steps.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, Help desk experience
- Network (TCP/IP) troubleshooting experience
- Network/AV and Cabling/low voltage experience
