Job description

We are seeking a Tech Stack Engineer to support and enhance our core wealth management technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on Salesforce as our central platform, integrated with eMoney, Addepar, DocuSign, and related applications.

This role is a blend of Salesforce development, systems integration and data management. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to improve system capabilities, ensure data integrity, and deliver a seamless advisor and client experience., Salesforce Development & Platform Engineering

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Salesforce (Sales Cloud and related modules)
  • Customize objects, fields, workflows, and automation using Flows, Apex (as needed), and declarative tools
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., eMoney, Addepar, DocuSign)
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and data models to support business decision-making

WealthTech Systems Integration

  • Support and optimize integrations across Salesforce, eMoney, Addepar, DocuSign, and other core platforms
  • Ensure accurate and timely data synchronization across systems
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and eliminate manual processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to enhance system interoperability

Data Management & Migration

  • Support data migration, onboarding, and integration efforts, particularly for acquisitions
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across systems
  • Identify and remediate data quality issues (e.g., duplicates, incomplete records, mismatches)
  • Contribute to enterprise data standardization and "golden record" initiatives

Solution Design & Delivery

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Participate in solution design, testing, and deployment
  • Continuously improve system capabilities and user experience

Documentation & Training Support

  • Document system configurations, integrations, and operational processes
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production rollouts
  • Collaborate with training teams to improve documentation and adoption

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce development experience, a deep understanding of integrated SaaS platforms, and experience in financial services or an RIA environment., Required

  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce platform development and administration
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, security)
  • Experience building or supporting integrations between Salesforce and external systems
  • Strong understanding of data structures, data migration, and system integration concepts
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
  • Strong collaboration skills across technical and business teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at an RIA, wealth management firm, or financial services organization (strongly preferred)
  • Direct experience with:

o Salesforce (advanced configuration, reporting, integrations)

o eMoney (financial planning workflows)

o Addepar (performance reporting and data structures)

o DocuSign (workflow automation and integrations)

  • Familiarity with tools such as LaserApp, Wealth.com, or similar platforms
  • Experience supporting M&A integrations or enterprise system consolidation efforts
