Job description
The IT Financial Analyst is responsible for monitoring and analyzing IT expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals, and supporting financial decision-making within the IT department. This role serves as a key liaison between IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to route purchase approvals, track spending, and provide accurate reporting on IT financial performance., Budget Monitoring & Analysis
- Track and analyze IT spend across hardware, software, services, and projects.
- Compare actual expenditures against budget forecasts and identify variances.Provide recommendations for cost optimization and budget adherence.
Purchase Approval Routing
- Review IT purchase requests for compliance with budget and policy.
- Route approvals through appropriate channels and ensure timely processing.Maintain accurate records of purchase approvals and related documentation.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual IT financial reports for leadership.
- Develop dashboards and metrics to visualize IT spend trends.Support forecasting and planning activities for IT budgets.
Vendor & Contract Management Support
- Assist in tracking vendor invoices and contract renewals.Ensure proper allocation of costs to projects and cost centers.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to organizational financial policies and IT procurement standards.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Vendor contract management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field and 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in IT or technology-related environments.
