IFS Cloud Developer, Plymouth, MN (Hybrid Role)

This developer role supports the design, development, and maintenance of extensions, integrations, and configurations within the IFS Cloud platform. This role works under the guidance of senior developers and architects, contributing to high quality, cloud compliant solutions that support business processes across the organization., IFS Cloud Development

• Develop and maintain custom extensions using IFS Cloud approved frameworks
• Configure and extend standard IFS functionality while minimizing customization
• Implement PL/SQL code and IFS custom objects following established standards
• Support UI enhancements and screen configurations within IFS Aurena

Integrations & Data

• Build and unit test assigned integration components using approved REST/OData API patterns, mapping specifications, and error-handling standards Support inbound and outbound interface processing
• Help troubleshoot integration and data related issues
• Validate data flows across systems and environments

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with product team (PM and business analysts) around requirements
• Participate in Agile sprints, daily standups, and sprint reviews
• Support code reviews and follow development best practices
• Document technical solutions and configuration changes

Testing & Support

• Perform unit testing and support system and UAT testing activities
• Assist with deployment activities across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments
• Investigate assigned defects and incidents, reproduce issues, provide technical findings, and implement approved fixes under guidance.
• Troubleshoot defects and support production incidents under guidance
• Participate in regression testing for IFS Cloud updates and releases, * Reliable, well tested enhancements delivered on time
• Adherence to development Best Practices
• Reduced defects and rework through quality coding
• Continued growth toward senior level responsibilities

• 2 4 years of experience developing or supporting IFS Applications or IFS Cloud
• Hands on experience with ERP development in enterprise environments
• Prior experience supporting one or more ERP implementations or upgrades

Technical Skills

• Strong Working knowledge of:

• PL/SQL

• SQL and relational databases

• IFS Business Logic and Custom Objects

• IFS APIs (REST / OData)

• Familiarity with cloud safe extension concepts

• Solid understanding of IFS Aurena UI configuration

• Experience supporting data migration or reporting in IFS
• IFS certification or formal training (a plus)
