Job description

Support engineering operations by coordinating workforce planning activities, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and data analysis to meet program staffing requirements. Analyze workforce data, maintain recruiting workflows, and collaborate with engineering and talent acquisition teams to support business objectives., * Lead development, documentation, implementation, and consultation activities related to engineering tools, processes, and standards

  • Guide training efforts and provide subject matter expertise in process utilization and engineering design integration
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and organizational requirements
  • Validate user access roles and produce moderately complex process documentation and tip sheets
  • Coordinate configuration management activities and implementation of product standards across business units and programs
  • Represent organizational interests on external standards committees and support adoption of external standards for internal use
  • Develop engineering documents, reports, and correspondence supporting business operations
  • Collect engineering performance metrics and analyze data to support organizational requirements
  • Review Adaptive Planning needs with managers and program teams
  • Input planned requisition requests into the Adaptive Planning system
  • Maintain candidate application data within tracking systems
  • Collaborate with staffing focal points to review and evaluate candidate resumes
  • Support candidate interviews and assist hiring managers as required
  • Coordinate interview scheduling activities with Global Talent Acquisition teams
  • Manage candidate disposition activities following interviews
  • Maintain interview calendars and resume review schedules
  • Extract and analyze data from reporting systems to provide actionable business insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher and typically 10 years of work-related experience

  • Demonstrate experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with methods used to assess customer organizations, capabilities, processes, support structures, preferences, challenges, and constraints to deliver targeted support and resolve technical issues

  • Ability to synthesize information, draw conclusions, and make practical recommendations based on analyzed data

  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

  • Review engineering resumes and candidate qualifications

  • Utilize Adaptive Planning systems for workforce planning activities

  • Operate Workday reporting and workforce management tools

  • Communicate effectively in team-oriented environments using strong analytical and organizational skills
