Job description

  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed plans to execute remodeling tasks accurately.
  • Perform carpentry, framing, drywall installation, and trim carpentry to create or restore interior and exterior structures.
  • Install flooring, tile, cabinetry, doors, windows, and glass fixtures with precision.
  • Conduct demolition, concrete finishing, masonry work, stucco application, and concrete forming as needed for project scope.
  • Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Manage plumbing and electrical installations or repairs in compliance with building codes and schematics.
  • Apply finishing techniques such as painting, caulking, plastering, and restoration work to achieve polished results.
  • Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Power tools for woodworking?, We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remodeler to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through comprehensive remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Your expertise will help clients realize their vision by executing renovations efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial spaces, utilizing a wide array of construction techniques and tools., * Proven experience in construction or remodeling projects with a strong background in carpentry, masonry, or related trades.

  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately.
  • Knowledge of construction estimating and inspection processes is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of building codes related to plumbing, electrical systems, roofing, and structural work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred for job site access across multiple locations.
