Information Systems Security Officer

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Develop and process Risk Management Framework documentation to obtain Approval to Operate for systems through Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and other agencies.
• Provide ISSO support for our Groton, CT and Concord, MA locations.
• Conduct secure computer maintenance and auditing functions.
• Review new secure computers in accordance with DISA and JSIG requirements and the Risk Management Framework process.
• Assist with directing System Administrators in maintenance responsibilities.
• Perform other security functions as necessary to meet mission requirements.

• Based in Concord, MA with the expectation to travel to Groton, CT up to one day a week.
• Good knowledge of the DISA STIGS, NIST 800-171 and Risk Management Framework.
• Excellent communication skills
• Must possess a current Secret security clearance and have the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance, which typically requires US citizenship and a thorough background investigation., * Recent experience supporting Information Systems maintenance functions including auditing system access and usage.
• Familiarity with eMASS along with SCTM and Test Result Documentation.
• Familiarity with Compliance Checking and Vulnerability Scanning.
• DoD 8570 Technical Level II certification will be required within one year of start.
