We are seeking an experienced C ram Developer to support the development, enhancement, implementation, and long-term maintenance of an enterprise-level health and human services platform. If you have deep expertise in the IBM C ram framework and passion for building scalable public sector technical solutions, we want to hear from you!, To excel in this position, your background must include strong expertise across these core areas:

• IBM C ram Framework: Direct, hands-on experience with COTS C ram Enterprise Framework Components, including IEG2 (Intelligent Evidence Gathering), CER (C ram Express Rules), and the C ram Evidence Framework.
• Database & Querying: Strong experience with Oracle Database, relational database modeling, and complex SQL scripting.
• Core Tech Stack: Solid experience with XML technologies within C ram, Subversion (SVN) source control, and IBM WebSphere Application Server.
• Requirement Gathering & JAD: Proven ability to lead Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, gather functional requirements, and lead design workshops.
• Reporting & Analytics: Experience designing, coding, testing, and debugging reporting solutions to support business operations.

Preferred (Bonus Points)

• Public Sector / Large-scale government system implementation experience.
• Prior experience supporting integrated eligibility or public assistance systems.
• Familiarity with system upgrades, release management, and post-production stability.
