Job description
Job Duties: Develop and modify software or programs at a high technical level. Work in a collaborative virtual environment that includes pairing and mobbing with other cross-functional team members. Collaborate with business partners to define requirements. Design and implement software architecture and systems considering performance, scalability, and security. Responsible for the development and implementation of the applications using Spring Boot. Validate and release applications using CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery) tools. Provide inputs on the user experience to help shape the product vision. Work on a small Agile team to deliver working, tested software. Communicate effectively with product owners, product designers, and other technical experts. Deploy software systems, maintain existing systems, and make updates or upgrades as needed. Create technical documents, user manuals, and specifications. Analyze existing programs, identify areas of modification, and find solutions to technical challenges. Evaluate client feedback to improve the software and identify areas for enhancement. Demonstrate technical excellence providing front-end and back-end expertise through design and code reviews and documentation. Identify and resolve bugs, ensuring code quality and performing rigorous testing. Use of Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Microservices, RESTful Web Services, Python, SQL, JavaScript, HMTL, CSS, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and MongoDB.
Requirements
Position requires 1 year of experience with Spring Boot and Microservices., Requirements: Master's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation including Software Engineer or related experience. Position requires 1 year of experience with Spring Boot and Microservices. 40hrs/week.
