Industrial Automation Technical Support

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Automation Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in industrial automation and fluid power who also enjoys assisting customers with troubleshooting and product inquiries. The position requires a combination of technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience., * Provide technical support for industrial automation products, including HMIs, drives, sensors, pneumatics, actuators, and other control components.

• Assist customers with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and problem resolution via phone, email, or live chat.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, offering exceptional customer service and product guidance.
• Document customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions in the company's ERP system.
• Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to provide accurate technical information and support product selection.
• Guide customers through installation procedures and operational best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest automation technologies and company product offerings.
• Process customer request for quotes.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support.

Do you have experience in Teamwork?, * Technical background in industrial automation, fluid power, mechatronics, or a related field.

• Experience with industrial networking and troubleshooting automation systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to create and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work efficiently under pressure.
• Experience with an ERP is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
