Embedded Software Engineer

• Join the B-1B/B-52 Software Team located at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City, OK to support software engineering operations
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software system and subsystem engineering models using JIRA throughout the full software lifecycle
• Ensure software solutions meet industry, customer, and safety standards
• Review, analyze, and translate customer requirements and technical specifications for stakeholder use
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy operational flight software used for system monitoring and testing
• Develop, maintain, enhance, and optimize system and subsystem components and functionalities for systems integration
• Serve as a technical resource to team members for system and subsystem support
• Debug and resolve software issues to ensure the reliability and efficiency of software products

• Ability to code in C and/or ADA
• Embedded software design experience preferred
• Experience using JIRA
• Ability to support possible domestic travel (corporate credit card provided), * Bachelor's degree or advanced technical education in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Typically requires 9+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, such as:
• PhD + 4 years of related work experience
• Master's Degree + 7 years of related work experience.

Pay: $74.00 per hour
