Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Systems Analyst to join our team and support the ongoing optimization, enhancement, and maintenance of our Workday ecosystem. This role will be responsible for configuration, troubleshooting, user support, and cross-functional project execution across a wide range of modules, including HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Onboarding, Security, Benefits, Adaptive Learning, and Talent & Performance.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in multiple Workday modules and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where data accuracy, process efficiency, and user experience are top priorities.
How you'll make an impact:
System Configuration & Support
- Configure, test, and deploy enhancements across multiple Workday modules
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutionsServe as the first point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Module Expertise
- Maintain and optimize workflows and business processes in:
- Core HCM and Compensation (including Advanced Compensation cycles)
- Payroll and Time Tracking
- Recruiting and Onboarding
- Absence and Benefits
- Security (role-based access and audits)Talent, Performance, and Adaptive Learning
Project Participation & Collaboration
- Lead and support cross-functional Workday projects, including new module rollouts and system upgrades
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and Compliance teams to ensure Workday meets business and regulatory needsAssist with integrations, data conversions, and report development as needed
Data & Reporting
- Build and maintain custom and standard reports and dashboards to support analytics and complianceEnsure data integrity and accuracy through audits, testing, and monitoring
User Training & Documentation
- Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and SOPsProvide training and support to end users to increase adoption and proficiency
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience, ideally with direct configuration experience with at least 3 of the following modules:
- HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Onboarding, Security, Benefits, Adaptive Learning, Talent & Performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Workday reporting (custom and calculated fields, dashboards, Workday Report Writer)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skillsBachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred
