Job description
- Analyze, configure, implement, test, maintain, and document PeopleSoft HRMS security solutions
- Develop and maintain enterprise security matrix solutions across PeopleSoft modules
- Configure and maintain complex Time & Labor and Absence Management security
- Support security administration for HR, Payroll, Benefits, Self-Service, Pension, and Training Administration modules
- Troubleshoot and resolve application security incidents and issues
- Collaborate with Functional Analysts, DBAs, and System Administrators
- Implement and maintain change control procedures
- Migrate projects and security objects between environments
- Develop security documentation and provide knowledge transfer to technical resources
- Provide Helpdesk and production support for HR applications
- Perform root cause analysis for security defects and issues
- Assist with test planning, test scripts, and validation activities
- Mentor and train junior team members on PeopleSoft technologies and security practices
Deliverables
- Configure and remediate incorrect security definitions
- Maintain PeopleSoft security across all supported environments
- Document and test roles and associated security objects
- Track and migrate PeopleSoft objects and project requests
- Provide technical expertise and production support
- Ensure compliance with established change management procedures
- Deliver daily status reporting to HRMS Project Management team

Requirements
Client is seeking an experienced ERP Senior PeopleSoft Security Administrator to support and maintain the PeopleSoft Human Resource Management System (HRMS) security environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in PeopleSoft HCM security administration, security architecture, troubleshooting, migration activities, and security governance across multiple HR modules.
