Job description

Specific duties include:

  1. Order processing, to include:

a. Downloading orders

b. Shipping

c. Invoicing

d. Developing product spreadsheets

e. Updating inventory

f. Working with all forms of excel

  1. Troubleshooting unusual and/or complex customer problems and issues

  2. Assisting customers and providing them with answers

  3. Working closely with other departments to ensure timely shipping and resolution

Requirements

Do you have experience in Typing?, 1. Proficient with Microsoft excel

  1. Ability to multi task

  2. Excellent verbal and written communication

  3. Ability to type fast

  4. 1-2 years experience preferred but not required
