Job description
Grant Leading Technology is seeking a candidate for Low-Code Senor Developer to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a Senior Appian Developer to support the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of mission-critical enterprise applications for a federal government client. The successful candidate will leverage Appian and other low-code platforms to deliver innovative business process management (BPM) solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support agency modernization initiatives.
This position will be on-site and the hours are 8 am to 5 pm EST.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy enterprise applications using Appian and other approved low-code platforms.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.

Develop integrations with external systems using web services, FTP, Java Messaging System (JMS), and other integration technologies.

Support application architecture, database design, and performance optimization activities.

Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes, including sprint planning, development, testing, and release activities.

Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support for production environments.

Prepare and deliver technical documentation, presentations, and status updates to project stakeholders.
Requirements
Do you have experience in UI implementation?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor Degree (BA/BS) with concentration in computer science, computer engineering, or technical or related field. (Master's degree can be substituted as 4 years of experience.)

Appian Certified Lead Developer certification or comparable

Ten (10) years of related experience.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in successful software delivery or software development using Appian technologies and tools or comparable.

Must be able to pass a federal government background check

Must live in the United States and be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience supporting federal government agencies or large-scale public sector programs.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and low-code development tools supported by government organizations.

Experience with user experience (UX) design, user interface (UI) development, or Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI).

Master's degree in a related field (may be substituted for four years of experience where applicable).
