Job description

The Data Analyst Program Support will serve as a key member of the Program Office, supporting data management, records management, program documentation, SharePoint administration, reporting, and stakeholder coordination activities. The position requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and records management skills in a fast-paced federal environment.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized federal support professional capable of balancing data management, records management, administrative support, reporting, and stakeholder coordination responsibilities while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal requirements.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Data Analyst Program Support at Redan, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintain and track program records, data, and documentation to support ecosystem restoration programs.
  • Develop and manage spreadsheets, trackers, and reports for records management, field site visits, staff assignments, and program activities.
  • Prepare bi-weekly status reports and track action items, milestones, and project schedules.
  • Attend meetings, capture notes, and publish meeting summaries and action items.
  • Support drafting, formatting, and finalization of programmatic documents, presentations, graphics, and reports.
  • Organize and maintain program documentation and assist with development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support data quality reviews and prepare datasets for incorporation into the SharePoint environment.
  • Coordinate with program staff and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with records management, data protection, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) requirements.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Information security compliance?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Management, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience supporting data analysis, records management, program operations, or administrative functions.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and Google Workspace applications.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare professional reports and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, track detailed information, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience supporting federal programs, records management activities, or SharePoint-based environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality control.

  • Must be able to successfully pass and maintain a Federal Public Trust background investigation.
  • Must comply with all agency security, privacy, records management, and CUI safeguarding requirements.
  • Must be available to work full-time during standard business hours.
  • Occasional local or regional travel may be required.
  • Must maintain eligibility to access Government systems and facilities throughout the period of performance.
