Job description

We are seeking an experienced Business Support Analyst to join a dynamic Private Bank Operations team. In this role, you will support Treasury Services implementations for Private Bank clients, ensuring a seamless client experience while maintaining operational excellence and risk controls. This position is ideal for a banking professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys process improvement initiatives, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service., * Facilitate Treasury Services implementation requests in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and complete processing of client requests.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively addressing client concerns and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners and cross-functional teams to support operational success.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational processes, driving solutions through completion.
  • Apply and enforce risk mitigation controls and operational procedures.
  • Escalate exceptions, issues, and risks to leadership as appropriate.
  • Produce high-quality work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support quality management activities and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, * Minimum of 5 years of banking experience in operations, treasury services, client support, or customer service environments.

  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with business partners and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to prioritize workloads and meet critical service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Experience implementing process improvements and supporting organizational change initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Strong data entry and administrative skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent service skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including:
  • Outlook
  • Excel
  • Word
  • PowerPoint

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting Treasury Services or Private Banking operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience working within regulated banking environments and adhering to compliance requirements.
