Location: Golden Valley, MN (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite Weekly)- Local Candidates Only with Local Project Experience, Allianz Life is seeking a Digital Product Owner to lead the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of enterprise digital marketing platforms. The initial focus will be on Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Modular Content Management, with future opportunities to support CMS modernization, personalization, analytics, AI-enabled workflows, and broader MarTech initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with DAM and CMS platforms, content supply chain processes, digital marketing ecosystems, and Agile product ownership., Product Ownership & Roadmap Management
- Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for DAM and digital content platforms.
- Drive platform enhancements supporting content governance, reuse, compliance, and personalization.
- Prioritize features and capabilities based on business value and stakeholder needs.
DAM & Modular Content
- Lead DAM platform implementation and optimization initiatives.
- Define metadata, taxonomy, workflow automation, and content governance standards.
- Support modular content frameworks including templates, fragments, and reusable content components.
Agile Product Management
- Create and manage epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize backlog and make product trade-off decisions.
- Partner with business and technical teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
Analytics, Personalization & AI
- Define success metrics and KPIs for digital platforms.
- Leverage analytics insights to drive platform improvements.
- Support experimentation, A/B testing, personalization, automation, and AI-driven initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Content, IT, Analytics, Compliance, Design, and Business teams.
- Communicate priorities, timelines, risks, and outcomes effectively.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, Analytics, or related field.

5+ years of Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Digital Product Management experience.

Hands-on experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.

Experience with CMS platforms such as:

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Sitecore
-
Contentful
-
Strong understanding of content lifecycle management, governance, and activation.

Experience writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with analytics tools such as:

Adobe Analytics

Google Analytics

Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills., * Experience with AI-enabled marketing tools and workflow automation.

Experience with A/B testing and experimentation programs.

Knowledge of personalization platforms and customer segmentation.

Understanding of SEO, Accessibility, and UX/UI best practices.

Experience in Financial Services or highly regulated industries.

Experience supporting both DAM and CMS ecosystems.

Knowledge of modular content architecture and structured content models.

Experience with Headless CMS and Composable Architecture.
