Job description

We are seeking a Healthcare Project Manager with experience supporting Epic Cadence and healthcare applications. This role will support enterprise healthcare systems, collaborate with operational and IT teams, and assist with application implementation, optimization, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

  • Support enterprise healthcare applications with a focus on Epic Cadence
  • Coordinate with analysts, technical teams, and end users
  • Assist with application implementation and optimization initiatives
  • Troubleshoot application issues and support workflow improvements
  • Create functional specifications and documentation
  • Participate in user training and design sessions
  • Support multiple projects and system enhancement activities
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Experience supporting healthcare applications

  • Experience with Epic Cadence
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with application implementation, optimization, or support
  • Understanding of healthcare workflows
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with clinical database software
  • Understanding of Population Health concepts
  • Associate Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred, * supporting Epic Cadence: 1 year (Required)
  • hospital or healthcare system environment: 1 year (Preferred)

Up to $60 an hour - Full-time, Contract
