Job description
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across all offices and retail locations.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft products including Microsoft 365, Office, Intune, and Entra ID.
- Diagnose OS issues for Windows, macOS, and Linux, with a strong emphasis on Windows.
- Provide remote and in-person support to users via the help desk ticketing system, phone, and onsite interactions.
- Deliver remote support using tools such as Datto RMM, VNC, and similar technologies.
- Maintain and monitor network components including LAN, DNS, VPN, and general network administration tasks.
- Deploy new hardware, software, and technologies as needed.
- Create, update, and maintain IT procedure documentation and incident reports.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance IT processes and improve infrastructure reliability.
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused IT Support Technician to provide technical support across our offices and retail locations. The ideal candidate will excel in troubleshooting, supporting end-users, and maintaining IT systems in a fast-paced environment., * Proven experience in enterprise IT support or desktop support roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Windows 11.
- Hands-on experience with networking fundamentals; familiarity with Meraki is a plus.
- Proficiency using IT management tools such as Datto RMM, Microsoft Intune, Windows Defender, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Travel may be needed.
