Job description

We are seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to manage day-to-day technical operations at a large-scale e-commerce fulfillment warehouse (400k-500k sq. ft.) in Rancho Cucamonga. This is an active, frontline, on-site role focused on ensuring maximum operational uptime. You will support standard office hardware as well as specialized warehouse logistics equipment., * Warehouse Hardware Support: Troubleshoot and configure specialized logistics hardware, including PDA/handheld scanners, barcode readers (Zebra/Honeywell), label printers, digital scales, and WMS terminals.

  • System & Device Management: Handle PDA firmware upgrades, network onboarding (MAC whitelisting), and OS-level troubleshooting for Windows/macOS devices.
  • Network & Monitoring: Conduct routine wired/wireless signal strength testing on the warehouse floor, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and monitor security camera NVR systems.
  • Asset Lifecycle & Security: Maintain IT asset inventory (流转,损坏处理) and strictly follow data security protocols for device wiping and decommission.
  • SLA & Ticketing: Log and track all service requests within the enterprise ticketing system, responding to critical incidents within established SLAs.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, * Experience: 2+ years of IT support experience, ideally within a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.

  • Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with handling warehouse IT hardware, basic TCP/IP networking, and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent).
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work dynamically on a concrete warehouse floor, stand for long periods, and lift equipment up to 40 lbs.
  • Schedule: Reliable to work a consistent 40-hour daytime shift, with flexibility to support operational needs or overtime if required.
  • Language (Preferred): Bilingual in English and Mandarin (or Spanish) is highly preferred.
