Data Analyst

The data analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business operations and strategic decision-making. This role develops reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, writes and maintains SQL queries in Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL, and performs detailed analyses using Excel. The analyst works closely with leadership, recruiters, and account managers to identify trends, improve data quality, and deliver insights that support recruiting, sales, and business development efforts. This includes helping recruiters understand who they should reach out to and why, while also supporting account managers with lead generation, client development opportunities, pipeline visibility, and data that helps drive stronger business relationships and successful placements.

Do you have experience in SQL?, * Strong experience with Power BI dashboards

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience writing queries in PostgreSQL
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, charts)
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and visualize complex datasets
• Experience with data cleansing, validation, and reporting
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Skills (Preferred)

• Experience with ETL processes
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
• Familiarity with DAX and Power Query in Power BI
• Basic understanding of Python
• Basic understanding of R
