Requirements
Description We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Lafayette, Louisiana. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of innovative software solutions, focusing either on ServiceNow module development or full-stack engineering. This position offers the flexibility of working onsite or remotely if based in Louisiana., * Monitor and optimize software to reduce testing instability and system escalations. Requirements * Minimum of 3 years of software engineering experience at a mid-to-senior level.

Proficiency in ServiceNow development or full-stack development using Java, Python, and PostgreSQL.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, and MySQL/PostgreSQL.

Familiarity with modern CI/CD processes and version control systems.

Demonstrated ability to apply quality-first engineering practices.

Experience implementing scalable software architectures.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
