Job description
The ITS Tech sets up workstations with computers and peripherals, checking hardware functionality, and installing software according to specifications. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining local networks for optimal performance, ensuring network security, providing user orientation on new equipment, organizing upgrades and maintenance, troubleshooting issues, maintaining repair logs, and identifying equipment shortages to place orders., *
- Install & maintain PC hardware / software
- Installation of vending equipment
- Working with customers to connect AutoCrib software/hardware to their network
- Maintain/Update PC/machine software/hardware as needed
- Troubleshoot mechanical and computer-related problems with equipment and software
- Customer Communication
- Coordinate technical support from suppliers
- Filling & replenishing of inventory within industrial vending equipment
- Maintains cleanliness of company vehicles
- Ensures equipment presents professionalism by being kept clean both inside and out.
- Maintains weekly account route and schedule
- ADD /Change form file maintenance. Manage and maintain these forms by account
- Maintain the account 'bio' for each account.
- Adds pricing for new items in Autocrib
- Maintain product ordering controls
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, + Ability to manage time/workload efficiently without supervision
- Ability to install/maintain/troubleshoot computer hardware/software
- Highly accountable
- Self- motivated
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Able to follow procedures
- Problem analysis and resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, verbal and written
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Some knowledge of electronics preferred but not required
- Driver's license required
- Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines., + High school diploma or GED is required.
- College degree preferred but not required.

Working Conditions
- Air conditioned and heated environment within the office
- Ability to work in an industrial environment with the possibility of exposure to heat, noise, and dirt.
- Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases.
- Ability to travel locally up to 70% of the time.
