STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an Oracle Cloud/Fusion SCM Service Lead (ERP Service Transition & Change Manager) on behalf of our client in De Soto, Kansas. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ERP service professional to lead Oracle Fusion ERP service transition initiatives and drive operational excellence within a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, ERP service transition, application management support (AMS), change governance, and stakeholder engagement. This role will play a key part in ensuring smooth ERP operations, process standardization, and continuous service improvement. Key Responsibilities ERP Service Transition & Change Management
- Lead the successful transition of Oracle Fusion ERP services into Application Management Support (AMS), ensuring smooth onboarding and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage the ERP change management lifecycle, including planning, coordination, communication, governance, and execution of system enhancements and updates.
- Coordinate Oracle Fusion quarterly releases and updates to ensure business continuity and operational readiness.
- Act as an escalation point for complex operational issues, collaborating across business and technology teams to drive effective resolutions.
- Facilitate governance activities, including participation in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and related decision-making forums.
Process Improvement & Service Excellence
- Standardize, document, and continuously improve ERP operational processes to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Ensure service management processes align with enterprise standards and industry best practices.
- Drive quality improvement and process optimization initiatives to strengthen ERP support and service delivery.
Training & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Train and mentor Program and Project Managers on standardized methodologies, governance, and operational best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Business IT and enterprise teams, to align business objectives and service expectations.
- Serve as a liaison for governance forums, steering committees, and design review boards to support effective collaboration and decision-making., * Standard working hours with flexibility to support occasional after-hours or weekend activities based on project timelines.
- Limited travel may be required based on business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in service management and technical process leadership.
- Strong experience supporting ERP service delivery and enterprise environments, preferably with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
- Proven experience managing ERP service transitions, change management, and AMS support functions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
