Job description
- FHT Operational Reporting Analytics
- Develop and maintain standard operational reports and KPIs within GEA S4 ERP (T360)
- Define meaningful and standardized operational KPI/reports/dashboards for relevant FHT operational functions, managers and roles
- Improve end-to-end processes from data collection to final reporting to improve data quality issues, reduce collection efforts and accelerate data availability
- Support FHT operational management teams with data collection, data maintenance, analysis and translation of data into business insights.
- Coordinate the data gathering process, build and optimize data models
- Train and support users of data tools, systems and reports across sites
- FHT Master Data Manager
- Guide and drive implementation of master data governance across FHT entities
- Understand and translate impact of GEA master data requirements for FHT entities
- Identify opportunities to improve data management systems, processes & tools
- Monitor data quality, initiate corrective actions and follow-up on data cleaning progress within FHT entities
Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Successfully completed academic degree (e.g. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, International Business Administration, Data Management Systems, Information Management, or a related field)
- Fluent English; German and/or Dutch preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Profound understanding of business processes within SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with data management and governance tools
- Knowledge of ERP master data structures and governance concepts
- Familiarity with automation and workflow tools is considered an advantage
