Job description
Support the successful delivery of projects by implementing new IT service designs aligned to business needs. Facilitate engaging workshops to develop requirements and shape effective, user-focused service designs, while working closely with a wide range of project stakeholders to ensure collaboration and clarity. Take ownership of producing high-quality service design packs, ensuring all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and supports smooth transition into operation. Contribute to the delivery of reliable, scalable, and efficient IT services.
Core Duties:
- Designing IT Services for optimal availability via introduction of robust proactive service management processes and designing for end user consumption ensuring positive User Experiences are delivered
- Creation of Service Design Packs and supporting Service Transition to build and release new services meeting agreed requirements
- Delivering Service Design for multiple projects within a programme in compliance with the organisation's delivery frameworks and as a co-ordinated, seamless transition
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * Knowledge of IT Service Management, Service Design and Service Transition Management
- ITIL foundation
- Understanding of Service Design principles and artefacts
- Ability to engage and run workshops with service owners, project managers and other relevant stakeholders to foster good collaboration and build trusted relationships
- Ability to produce high quality documentation using Microsoft Office products, Jira / Confluence

Salary: Circa £60,000 depending on skills and experience
