Job description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented postgraduate to join our team as a Graduate SharePoint & Workflow Management Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong SharePoint expertise who is looking to develop their career in a flexible, remote-working environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and improving our document management and workflow processes, ensuring efficient information management and smooth operational delivery across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and enhance SharePoint sites and libraries.

Configure and manage workflow management tools to support business processes.

Create, update, and manage document repositories and permissions.

Monitor workflow performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Provide support and guidance to users on SharePoint functionality and workflow processes.

Assist with process mapping, automation initiatives, and system improvements.

Produce reports and maintain accurate records relating to workflow activity.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement effective solutions.
Requirements

Postgraduate qualification (or recently completed postgraduate studies).

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.

Experience configuring, administering, or supporting workflow management tools.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

High level of attention to detail.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Desirable:

Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms.

Understanding of document control, records management, or business process improvement.

Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and related Microsoft 365 technologies.

Contract Information
