Job description
You will become a key member of a team responsible for managing user identities and access across a global business. The role combines technical administration, security awareness, process improvement and stakeholder communication., * Manage the creation, modification and removal of user accounts within Active Directory
- Administer employee and contractor access across business systems
- Manage network data shares and associated permissions
- Ensure all access requests comply with security and approval requirements
- Support internal and external audit activities
- Maintain clear and accurate process documentation
- Provide third-line support for user access related issues
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Participate in an on-call support rota
Requirements
Do you have experience in System administration?, If you enjoy working in a structured environment, have good Active Directory experience and take pride in delivering an excellent internal service, this could be for you., * Strong experience administering Active Directory in an enterprise environment
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online administration
- Knowledge of Windows file system permissions, security groups and shared access management
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management principles
- Working knowledge of PowerShell
- A security-focused mindset with an appreciation of risk and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
