Job description

  • Understand and analyse client needs within the Docebo platform, identifying goals, pain points, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather, refine, and agree on detailed requirements.
  • Implement approved designs using advanced HTML and CSS, developing creative solutions for complex requirements.
  • Optimise and troubleshoot front-end code for cross-browser compatibility and performance.
  • Design or adjust UX/UI elements in Figma to align with client requirements and technical feasibility.
  • Conduct QA on your work and peer review team members' designs and implementations.
  • Finalise and submit designs for client review, guiding them through the go-live process.
  • Document processes and train clients on maintaining the implemented solutions.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring successful project outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team, sharing updates, insights, and addressing challenges together.
  • Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring timelines are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Upskill in your knowledge of the Docebo platform.

Requirements

Do you have experience in UX?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are looking for a UX/UI Developer with strong front-end development skills and a good eye for design to join our awesome Design and Development team. This role involves enhancing the UX/UI of our clients' Learning Management Systems through advanced HTML and CSS implementation and collaboration with designers and clients. The projects will almost exclusively be working on the Docebo platform. However, knowledge of the Docebo platform is not expected. We can teach those bits., * Proficiency in advanced HTML and CSS

  • Experience in responsive and accessible design principles
  • Strong understanding of user experience and interface design fundamentals and the ability to evaluate designs for feasibility in code
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Suite) to translate designs into code effectively
  • Experience debugging and troubleshooting front-end issues across various browsers and devices
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and customer service skills in English
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and self-motivated
  • Passion for learning new skills and technologies

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Understanding of Docebo
  • Understanding of Learning Management System administration
  • Background working as part of a cross-functional team with designers and developers
  • Background working within a professional services/technology consulting environment is preferred, * Bachelor's (required), * UX Design: 2 years (required)
