Job description

Working as part of the internal IT team, you'll provide 1st and 2nd line support to users across office, warehouse, production and remote-working environments., * Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support

  • Managing support requests through the IT helpdesk
  • Installing, configuring and supporting PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices and telephony equipment
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues
  • Supporting Microsoft cloud and on-premise technologies
  • Assisting with IT infrastructure upgrades and business projects
  • Maintaining excellent customer service and communication with end users

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Microsoft Windows Server?, This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years' commercial IT support experience who enjoys a varied, hands-on role supporting both office-based and operational environments., * Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT Support, Desktop Support or 2nd Line Support role

  • Windows 11 administration and support
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
  • Windows Server 2019 onwards
  • Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP
  • Networking fundamentals including switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi and VPNs
  • Mobile device management (iOS and Android)
  • VoIP telephony support
  • Experience using IT Service Desk / Helpdesk systems
