Job description
We're hiring a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to provide advanced support within a fast-paced service desk environment.
You'll be responsible for resolving escalated technical issues across infrastructure, networks, and Microsoft cloud technologies, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling escalated incidents from 1st Line support teams
- Troubleshooting issues across servers, networks, and user environments
- Supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange, and cloud platforms
- Working with 3rd Line teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Updating tickets, documentation, and knowledge bases
- Supporting and mentoring junior support staff
Requirements
Do you have experience in Mentoring?, * Experience in a 2nd Line or Service Desk role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across IT infrastructure
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms (Azure)
- Understanding of networking, security, and desktop support
- Strong communication and customer service skills
