Job description

We're hiring a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to provide advanced support within a fast-paced service desk environment.

You'll be responsible for resolving escalated technical issues across infrastructure, networks, and Microsoft cloud technologies, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling escalated incidents from 1st Line support teams
  • Troubleshooting issues across servers, networks, and user environments
  • Supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange, and cloud platforms
  • Working with 3rd Line teams to resolve complex technical problems
  • Updating tickets, documentation, and knowledge bases
  • Supporting and mentoring junior support staff

Requirements

Do you have experience in Mentoring?, * Experience in a 2nd Line or Service Desk role

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across IT infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms (Azure)
  • Understanding of networking, security, and desktop support
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
