Job description

  • Troubleshoot & resolve incidents associated with multiple equipment & software; provide break/ fix support, advice, and assistance to authorised users.
  • VPN Connectivity and Install Anti-virus.
  • Coordinate related activities (remote & onsite).
  • Windows 10 Deployment, Migration, Troubleshooting.
  • Outlook Configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate and plan installations, de-installations, cascades, moves/ migrations, and add/changes for all EUC Equipment and Software.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and Service Levels throughout the IMAC activity, following delivery at predetermined intervals and manage inventory.
  • Providing IT and Desktop support as a level 1 & 2 technician.
  • Understanding of LAN /WAN networks and basic troubleshooting
  • Windows Server, Installation, and management.
  • Active directory Understanding of TCP / IP Protocol.
  • Understanding of PuTTY, Wireshark / AnyDesk, MS Teams and TeamViewer.
  • This is a contract role, and you'll be requested to support on OnCall/Dispatch basis
