Job description
As a Helpdesk Analyst/Network Support Engineer, you'll assist in the management and delivery of IT services to our group of companies.
Your duties will include:
- Provision of I.T. support in an enterprise environment
- Configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting our I.T. infrastructure across desktops, thin terms, printers, phone systems, servers, cloud systems and mobile devices
- Supporting remote access
- Use of SIEM tools to track and resolve helpdesk calls and incidents
- Installing, configuring and supporting our sales software
- Assisting in the management of Active Directory Infrastructure
- Assisting in the management of Microsoft Exchange/Office 365
- Monitoring of Citrix cloud systems
- Assisting in the roll out of AI tools throughout the business
- Maintenance of office hardware, desks, cabling etc.
- Security systems monitoring
Requirements
