Job description

As a Helpdesk Analyst/Network Support Engineer, you'll assist in the management and delivery of IT services to our group of companies.

Your duties will include:

  • Provision of I.T. support in an enterprise environment
  • Configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting our I.T. infrastructure across desktops, thin terms, printers, phone systems, servers, cloud systems and mobile devices
  • Supporting remote access
  • Use of SIEM tools to track and resolve helpdesk calls and incidents
  • Installing, configuring and supporting our sales software
  • Assisting in the management of Active Directory Infrastructure
  • Assisting in the management of Microsoft Exchange/Office 365
  • Monitoring of Citrix cloud systems
  • Assisting in the roll out of AI tools throughout the business
  • Maintenance of office hardware, desks, cabling etc.
  • Security systems monitoring

Requirements
