TrakSYS Support Engineer

• Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support for TrakSYS MES applications to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
• Monitor system performance and maintain high system availability and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues by coordinating with development, ERP, WMS, infrastructure, network teams, and vendors.
• Query and analyze SQL Server databases to maintain data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Support system integrations with ERP, WMS, and PLC systems, troubleshooting configuration and connectivity issues.

Our client, a manufacturing organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a TrakSYS Support Engineer to join their team. As a TrakSYS Support Engineer, you will be part of the IT support department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization., * Hands-on experience with TrakSYS MES (version 12 is a plus).

• Understanding of TrakSYS architecture and core configurations.
• Knowledge of C#/.Net, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency with SQL Server queries and stored procedures.
• Familiarity with IIS, Windows Server, and basic networking concepts.
