We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA TECH to join our dynamic manufacturing team. - Perform quality audits across manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, HACCP, CGMP, and other regulatory standards.
- Utilize calibration tools and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to assess dimensional accuracy and product consistency.
- Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics, defect rates, and process deviations to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of quality systems by documenting inspection results, non-conformance reports, and audit findings.
- Assist in calibration activities for precision measuring instruments and vision inspection systems to uphold measurement accuracy.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve processes, reduce defects, and enhance overall product quality through proactive quality management practices.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Root cause analysis?, * Proven experience with Calypso software or similar trading/financial platforms is a plus but not mandatory; strong analysis skills are essential.
- Deep understanding of ISO 13485 standards for medical device quality management systems and FDA regulations governing manufacturing practices.
- Proficiency in operating measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and vision inspection systems.
- Knowledge of HACCP principles for food safety or related industry standards is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CGMP guidelines for pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environments.
- Strong background in conducting quality audits, inspections, and implementing quality control procedures.
- Excellent data collection skills combined with analytical thinking to interpret inspection results accurately.
- Ability to work effectively within ISO 9001 frameworks while maintaining meticulous documentation of all quality activities.
