Job description
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Wireless Foreman to lead our wireless construction teams in the installation, maintenance, and optimization of wireless communication systems. As a Wireless Foreman, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of wireless projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and industry best practices. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality wireless solutions., * Climbing and working on communication towers for the purpose of installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintenance of wireless systems
- Assembling/erecting various tower types, including self-support, monopoles, guyed towers, etc
- Read construction documents, clearly explain and delegate tasks to crews in order to perform installations per all customer requirements
- Installing antennas, coax, fiber optic cables, DC power, AC power, etc., at elevated heights of over 100 feet
Participate actively in on-the-job training, fostering continuous improvement. * Work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed to meet project deadlines. * Exhibit positive, cooperative, and courteous behavior towards customers, businesses, and co-workers. * Provide technical and consulting support to enhance project outcomes.
- Train, direct, and assist Crew personnel with effective completion of assigned tasks.
Always uphold and maintain OSHA safety standards.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Managing teams in a construction management role?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Easily adapt to change and multi-task. * Ability to work independently with little instruction in a highly organized manner. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to timeframes/schedules set by management. * Ability to prioritize workload. * Strong decision-making skills. * Comfortable working in high elevations.
Education and Experience: * High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience.
- At least 4-5 years of industry experience, with at least one year as a Foreman running crews
