Lead Quality Assurance Specialist/ UAT Automation Testing

This position will be responsible for all aspects of leading the UAT Automation Test effort for four or more major releases per year.

• Understand and effectively communicate strategic priorities and goals of an effective Automation Test Strategy.
• Build positive relationships with vendor partners, UAT Release Leads, and UAT teams to effectively identify and automate test scripts.
• Collaborate with Stakeholder Agency UAT Test Leads, leadership, and vendors to coordinate test strategy and priorities
• Plan release resource capacity and schedules with the UAT Release Lead to load test data.
• Plan and schedule automated script execution for each release in collaboration with the UAT Release Lead.
• Define, monitor, and report resource and release metrics to track productivity and compliance with release schedules. Monitor Quality Gate checklists (Design, System Test, Deployment).
• Oversee access provisioning to ensure successful test preparation.
• Lead the Automation Test Team: conduct meetings, triage defects, coordinate retesting, and manage workload.
• Coordinate automated testing across all OB systems (Eligibility & Enrollment, Call Center, Document Management, Bots).
• Serve as backup for the Release Test Lead as needed

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship building?, Must be local or within a one hour drive, Experience in automated testing development and execution. Required 7 Years Experience using test management software to monitor and execute automated tests. Required Strong communication skills demonstrated through specific examples. Required Understanding of core Ohio Benefits business use cases versus agency-specific scenarios. Required Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium and Cucumber.
