Electronic Technitian Team Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electronic Technician Team Lead to oversee and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electronic equipment across various operational sites. This role is vital in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of complex electronic systems, including computer hardware, networking infrastructure, and low voltage electrical components. As a team leader, you will guide a skilled team of technicians, promote best practices, and ensure safety standards are upheld. • Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and testing tools such as ohmmeters to identify faults accurately.
• Perform field service tasks including installation, calibration, and repair of electronic equipment in diverse environments.
• Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to conduct maintenance on computer hardware, networking devices, and low voltage systems.
• Interpret technical schematics and wiring diagrams to execute precise repairs and modifications.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure all electronic systems operate efficiently and safely while adhering to safety protocols.
• Document all service activities thoroughly, including repairs performed, parts replaced, and system status updates for record-keeping and future reference.

Do you have experience in Service technician experience?, * Proven service technician experience with a strong background in electronics repair and maintenance.

• Hands-on experience with field service operations involving electronic equipment across multiple locations.
• Familiarity with computer hardware components, networking infrastructure, and low voltage electrical systems.
• Skilled in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex systems.
• Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and maintenance is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, along with testing devices like ohmmeters.
