File Transfer Workflow Design Design and implementation of secure file transfer workflows including automation for renaming compression encryption PGP processing validation and monitoring

Security Hardening Deploy configure secure and harden SFTP services across internal and DMZ environments in compliance with enterprise security standards

Availability Resilience Design implement and validate High Availability HA Backup and Disaster Recovery DR solutions for SFTP platforms

Partner Onboarding User Management Standardization of partner onboarding processes including user provisioning SSH key and certificate management and secure directory structures

Monitoring Reporting Configure and manage notifications monitoring s operational dashboards and reporting for SFTP services

Operational Support Provide production and operational support for SFTP accounts users and file transfer workflows in enterprise environments

Infrastructure OS Management Strong experience in Windows Server administration including patching vulnerability remediation and risk mitigation activities

Integrations Manage and support integrations with Active DirectoryLDAP SMTP services and cloud storage platforms Azure preferred

Compliance Audits Ensure compliance with security audits data transfer standards and organizational regulatory requirements across all SFTP operations
