Job description
The Help Desk Analyst/System Administrator will be the frontline for our internal customers when they are requesting guidance or assistance as well as when a technology item in use is not functioning as expected. This role would be a liaison between the internal team members and technology vendors in use by the company to ensure all cases are captured and resolved. Some project-based work with new offices or rollouts would be expected as well as managing the work and flow of the help desk., · Prioritize work based on company objectives and direction
· Provide computer hardware and software support including install, service, and repair
· Install and troubleshoot server, network gear, and other computer equipment
· Provide instruction and guidance to team members
· Take initiative to find the root cause of issues to resolve
· Create documentation on systems, data flow, user information and networks
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, 2 years of experience in technology related support and customer service
Windows, O365, InTune, Azure AD, SharePoint, Teams, Veeam or other backup
EDUCATION
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Technology related degree suitable in lieu of experience.
