Job description

The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of software applications and computer hardware, combined with proven customer support experience. This role requires excellent customer service skills, including the ability to understand customer needs and deliver effective, timely solutions.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Customer Service: Demonstrates a broad understanding of customer needs and consistently delivers solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Technical Expertise: Effectively translates technical knowledge gained through education and/or experience into meaningful benefits for customers. Communication: An expert communicator and active listener who communicates clearly, early, and often. Keeps customers informed throughout the resolution process. Judgment & Prioritization: Exhibits sound judgment and the ability to respond to multiple customer, employee, and contractor requests or demands simultaneously. Teamwork & Collaboration: Willingly collaborates with team members and stakeholders to achieve solutions that benefit all parties and support company and departmental objectives.

Travel: Need for travel varies by locations and will require using a personal vehicle. Mileage and other approved travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with the hiring organization's guidelines. Independent Worker: Must be able to stay on task without in-person oversight.
