SAP Business Analyst

ERP SAVVY is seeking a skilled SAP Business Analyst to support business process analysis, system enhancements, and project delivery within an SAP S/4 HANA environment. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, translate requirements into functional specifications, and support implementation efforts across procurement, logistics, finance, and operations., * Collaborate with business units to gather and document functional requirements.

• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization using SAP S/4 HANA capabilities.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and system configurations.
• Support testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
• Assist in change management, training, and post-implementation support.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, and WM.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and system performance.

Do you have experience in Writing skills?, * Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP environments, preferably SAP S/4 HANA.

• Strong understanding of SAP business processes in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics.
• Experience in gathering requirements, writing functional specs, and supporting SAP implementations.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori, reporting tools, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX for the full duration of the contract.
• Must be able to work and travel without restriction., * Experience in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Exposure to SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, or SAP GTS.
• Prior experience in short-term, high-impact consulting engagements.
