Job description

Northbridge I.T. Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Tier 2/3 Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide advanced technical support for managed IT clients
  • Troubleshoot Windows servers, workstations, networking, and cloud services
  • Manage Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online and Entra ID
  • Configure and support firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and VPNs
  • Assist with project implementations and client onboarding
  • Escalate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Document work performed and maintain accurate client records

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Telecommunications structured cabling?, * 5+ years of IT support experience

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking
  • Experience with firewalls, VPNs, VoIP systems, and virtualization platforms
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
