Job description
We are looking for a team-oriented technology professional to provide engineering support for our Email Security infrastructure across a large enterprise. This individual will work with developers, application owners, end-users and security as needed, to provide support towards our Secure Email solutions for the enterprise.
As a Security Engineer, you will need to have a working knowledge of identity and access management, Secure Email Gateways, SMTP Relays, DNS, and tools like Splunk and Chronicle for large enterprise environments.
You will also need a basic understanding of email protocols and standards, such as SMTP, TLS, DMARC/SPF/DKIM and secure messaging/encryption. Possess the skills to provide troubleshooting and problem resolution of mail flow related issues in a complex environment.
Off hours work is required for deployments and on-call rotation in support of major incidents impacting email delivery. This role will be reporting to the Director of Secure Email & Access services
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience with troubleshooting & problem resolution ofemail related issues
- 2+ years' Experience working withemail security tools like SaaS or similar, * 2+ years' development tools, scripting, automation development
- Customer service skills and excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, and written)
- Adapt to quickly changing priorities with a sense of urgency, * Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
