Job description
LTS is growing, and we are building a pipeline of strong IT talent for upcoming opportunities. As part of this, we are seeking an IT Specialist who can own, troubleshoot, and improve real-world systems across infrastructure, identity, and enterprise applications. This role is hands-on. You'll be working directly with production environments, resolving complex issues, deploying solutions, and helping ensure system reliability for both internal and customer environments.
What You Will Do
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues across enterprise systems, infrastructure, and applications.
· Deploy and support IT solutions in customer environments.
· Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, and security.
· Perform system maintenance (updates, backups, monitoring).
· Assist with infrastructure upgrades and cloud-related initiatives.
· Automate repetitive tasks using scripting.
· Work cross-functionally with engineering, support, and project teams.
· Create clear technical documentation for systems and processes.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Teamwork?, · Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking
· Ability to work across multiple systems (infrastructure, applications, identity)
· Clear communication (technical and non-technical)
· Familiarity with modern IT environments (cloud, networking, enterprise systems)
· Scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell or similar)
Examples of Relevant Experience (Not Required)
We expect candidates to have experience in some,not all, of the following areas:
· Identity & access management (e.g., Azure AD / Entra ID, SSO)
· Endpoint or device management (e.g., Intune, Autopilot)
· Enterprise application support (e.g., PLM systems like Teamcenter)
· Windows Server environments and system upgrades
· Networking and VPN configuration
· Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
· Basic database or SQL experience

We prioritize depth of experience over breadth of tools. We are most interested in what you've actually built, supported, or improved-and how well you understand it. We design our process to focus on real ability and application of your skills so you can expect the following if you are selected for further assessments:
· An in depth discussion where you'll walk through your past work in detail.
· Follow-up questions on your troubleshooting approach and decision-making.
· A short, practical technical exercise.
