SAP FICO Lead Consultant

ERP SAVVY is seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant with extensive Retail/AFS industry background, to join our team for a 12-month+ contract positionwith a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of SAP Finance, including at least 1-2 completed S/4HANA upgrade projects., * Lead and manage SAP FICO implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

• Provide deep expertise in SAP FI/CO modules, including New GL, Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
• Utilize hands-on experience with SAP Fiori Finance Apps and S/4HANA UX enhancements to optimize user experience and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP FICO modules.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Leverage extensive experience in the Retail/Fashion industry to provide tailored solutions and insights.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business process flows, functional specifications, and test plans.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members to foster professional growth.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.
• Support post-implementation activities, including user support and system enhancements.

Do you have experience in UX implementation?, * 15+ years of SAP Finance experience.

• Proven track record of completing at least 1-2 S/4HANA upgrade projects.
• Deep expertise in SAP FI/CO, New GL, Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori Finance Apps and S/4HANA UX enhancements.
• Extensive experience working in the Retail/Fashion industry.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (TX/NC).

Preferred Skills:

• SAP certification in Finance or Controlling.
• Experience with other SAP modules and integration points.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions.
