Job description

  • Monitor, review, and investigate security alerts and events using SIEM platforms and other security monitoring tools.
  • Assist in identifying, analyzing, documenting, and escalating security incidents.
  • Support vulnerability assessments and track remediation efforts to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
  • Conduct basic threat intelligence analysis to support incident response and proactive security initiatives.
  • Maintain and update cybersecurity documentation, including policies, procedures, standards, and playbooks.
  • Assist in managing endpoint security solutions such as antivirus platforms, EDR tools, and patch management compliance.
  • Participate in routine security reviews, assessments, and system health checks.
  • Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams to implement and maintain security controls and best practices.
  • Support internal and external audit activities by collecting and organizing required security evidence and documentation.
  • Stay up to date with emerging cyber threats, attack techniques, and industry security trends.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Security threat response protocols?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cybersecurity Analyst with hands-on experience in security operations, event monitoring, and incident response. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practical experience with widely used security tools, and a keen interest in growing within a dynamic and fast-paced security environment., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or security operations.
  • Strong understanding of core security concepts, including the CIA triad, access control models, and least privilege principles.
  • Familiarity with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, or the ELK Stack.
  • Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and common cyber threats such as malware, phishing, ransomware, and social engineering attacks.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one security technology, such as endpoint detection and response (EDR), antivirus solutions, or vulnerability management tools like Nessus or Qualys.
  • Basic understanding of incident response procedures and security operations workflows.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
