About the company
ArmourPeak is a growing Managed Services Provider supporting organizations across the Greater Boston area, Southern New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and beyond. We are seeking a Junior IT Support Technician to help manage day-to-day support operations and grow into a well-rounded MSP engineer.
This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who understands the fundamentals of modern IT environments - including Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Windows device lifecycle management, and cloud services - and wants to build deeper expertise through hands-on experience.
You will primarily own and manage the support ticket queue, work directly with clients, and gain exposure across a wide range of technologies and environments.
This is a remote position, with the expectation that you maintain a focused, distraction-free, and professional home office environment.
While most work is remote, candidates located in New England will be given preference, as occasional on-site work and travel may be required a few times per year.
